International Data Transfers

Because we operate a UK-to-Kenya shipping corridor, some of your personal data is transferred to and processed in Kenya by our partner Azaanex Holdings Ltd for customs clearance purposes. Kenya is not currently designated as a country with an adequate level of data protection under UK GDPR.

We address this by ensuring that data transferred to Azaanex is limited to what is strictly necessary for customs clearance and is subject to contractual data protection obligations.

Google LLC, who provide our analytics and advertising tools, may process data in the United States and other countries. Google's Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards govern these transfers.
