Is the £6.99/kg rate truly all-inclusive — no fees when it arrives in Kenya?

Yes. Our £6.99/kg covers the full chain — UK warehouse, air freight, and KRA customs clearance processing via Azaanex in Kenya. We do not charge a separate clearance fee on arrival. The only additional charges that can apply are government-set import duties or VAT where these are applicable to your specific goods. We calculate these upfront and tell you before your shipment departs — so there are no surprises when it lands.

What is the cut-off time to make the Monday flight?

Thursday 4pm at our Southall warehouse. Cargo received after Thursday 4pm goes on the following Monday's flight. We recommend arriving by Thursday 2pm if you have a large or complex shipment.

Is there a minimum weight for express air freight?

No minimum weight. A single kilogram ships at £6.99. Whether you're sending one parcel or 50kg of business stock, the same rate and schedule applies.

Can I use your Southall warehouse to receive my UK online shopping and forward it to Kenya?

Yes — this is one of our most popular services. Give retailers our warehouse address: Unit Z01, Canal Yard, Hayes Road, London Southall UB2 5NA when ordering from Amazon, eBay, ASOS, or any UK retailer. We receive your parcel, hold it until Monday, and it ships with the weekly departure. No separate receiving fee.

What documents do I need to provide for air freight?

For personal effects: a description of contents and value. For commercial goods: a commercial invoice and packing list. For KEBS-regulated products (electronics, cosmetics, food products, toys): Certificate of Conformity (CoC) / PVoC certificate is required — without it your goods will be held at JKIA. If you're unsure whether your goods are KEBS-regulated, WhatsApp us before shipping.

What if my goods are heavy — is sea freight better?

For cargo above approximately 100kg that isn't time-sensitive, sea freight at £2.50/kg all-inclusive is significantly cheaper. Transit is 40–45 days vs 3 business days by air. We're happy to advise the right service for your shipment — just WhatsApp us the weight and contents.
